Postage and Returns
Processing your order
Our aim here at Lily's Wardrobe is to process your order as quickly as possible. We try to have your order dispatched within 2 working days from when your initial order is placed (this however does not include weekends or bank holidays.) If for any reason we are unable to achieve this time scale, we will contact you, either via phone or email, and let you know the expected delivery time.
Your online transaction is an instant payment, this means that orders are charged via paypal in full at the time of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded back onto your card or paypal account and should clear within 2 days.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be taken to the PayPal payment gateway to process your payment. where credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Lily's Wardrobe do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
UK Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated according to weight. These will be included in your paypal invoice on checkout. All parcels are insured with Parcel Force for your peace of mind.
Returns
We offer a no quibble refund policy on all NEW items. Return within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund, providing the goods have been unworn and undamaged and all tags are still attached.
Please note that refunds or exchanges do not apply to SALE products or RE-SALE items. Each item is checked and verified as fault-free before despatch but in the case of in transit faults, these must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
We will only refund for Prams and Nursery Equipment in the event of faulty goods. Where equipment has been sent direct from the manufacturer, we will contact them on your behalf.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Please inform us prior to sending a return, by emailing us with the product description and your details to: info@lilyswardrobe.co.uk
