LILY'S WARDORBE all started when we were wondering what to do with all of our children's items. Like you, we found that many of them had not been worn or used very much, if at all, and after spending a small fortune, we really couldn't afford to just give them away.
Why Lily's Wardrobe and not internet auction sites?
We tried selling our children's clothes on Ebay, but WHAT A HASSLE!!! By the time you add up all the costs (fees, packaging, postage) and the time it takes to actually sell and send out your items, often for very little return, it really isn't worth the effort!
How we sell
At Lily's Wardrobe, we will take all the hassle out of making that extra money for you. Just call Michelle at Lily's Wardrobe, Warrington, to book an appointment. Then bring your designer clothing along, freshly washed and ironed with no holes, stains or missing buttons. Toys and baby equipment should be clean, safe, and in good working order. Together we can agree a sale price, then when it sells, you walk out of the shop with ££££'s or some great new stuff for your children.
We only take 45% commission for each item sold, leaving you with 55% of the final sale price. It doesn't cost you a penny to put them in and try! Any item not sold within 8 weeks can be taken home or given to charity - the choice is yours.
We also hold a 'wish list' that is full of items expectant mothers want us to find and match these up with mums who have just finished with the same items. You get the money and didn't need to wait!
Now you have more space, extra cash, and a lot less stress!!
What we sell
We sell new and re-sale children's designer clothing and shoes, as well as toys, prams and nursery equipment - basically, anything you may have or need for your children. We also sell a number of beautiful gifts and speciality items.
The shop has a buggy friendly layout and a friendly atmosphere. There is even free parking at the Bridge Shopping Centre across the road.
Online Shopping
As well as the shop in Warrington, we have now introduced an online shopping facility. This means that you can purchase some of our great items, even if you do not live in the area.
All prices are in U.K sterling and are the actual prices. Upon receiving and processing your order, we then only add the appropriate postage & packaging fee. We currently use paypal for all our online transactions, either with a paypal account or by entering your debit/credit card details. You can be rest assured that your transactions will be 100% safe. Alternatively, you can call us at the shop on 01925 638 140 and we can process your order over the phone. You can even email your order or any queries you have to info@lilyswardrobe.co.uk We will deal with your request within 24 hours and respond immediately, either via email or phone.
